Business Model Change

You are leading a company, or a region (Europe, EMEA) and are about to transform the Business Model. For example, you are moving the European seat of the company to Switzerland and want to run a more centralized business model based here.

For Kraft Foods / Mondelez, I have been the Change Leader for Europe, and led critical aspects of Human Resources in the initial implementation of the European Operating Company business model with a seat in Switzerland. I played the same roles going through the integrations of several acquired companies and the successive expansion of Region Europe to the East – the newly integrated businesses were aligned to the existing business model.

All projects have achieved go-lives with minimal business disruptions. All projects went all the way in integrating Organizational Structures, implementing one business model, ways of working, processes down to the last transaction in an IT system.

In addition, I led Change activities for Business Process Excellence and Business Model Sustainment activities, after the Integration.
