Functional & IT Transformation

You are embarking in a functional Transformation of HR, Finance (or other function), or you are implementing SAP / other ERP and need an Executive Consultant to discuss the strategy, potential pain points, or to actually lead the Change Management.

You want to partner with someone who has done it before, and could potentially be there to support a smooth implementation. They can help you have the full organization prepared, from the top-line understanding of how the business model operates, the very specific organizational design, down to having the people trained in ways of working, processes and applications at the go-live. Morover keep your workforce engaged in the process.

I can support you as Head of Change Management, or partner with the Function in the project.

While there are companies who can help managing the process, I can partner with you and bring the perspective of someone who has been hands-on at the top of such changes.

1. For Kraft Foods / Mondelez, I have been the Change Leader for Europe, and cross-functional PMO for the transformation of five functions, including HR and Finance. In addition, I have led Change activities for Business Process Excellence and Business Model Sustainment, following the initial functional transformation;
2. For Kraft Foods / Mondelez, I led the Change Management approach and team (including Training) activities for the SAP and non-SAP changes following the the Business Model changes. The HR IT Applications project team for Europe was part of my team.
