Integrations and M&A

You are on the early phase of a M&A preparation, about to start the Integration, or in the post-integration Stabilization phase.

For the largest transactions in the Food industry:

• Danone Biscuit integration by Kraft Foods (resulting in the largest Biscuit company),
• Cadbury Integration by Kraft Foods (resulting in the largest Chocolate & Confectionery company),
• The creation of JDE Joint Venture (the largest pure-play company in Coffee & Tea),

I have been the Change Leader for Europe, and led critical aspects of Human Resources.

In addition, I have been a PMO leader in a smaller divestiture, and played the Change Leader role for the Carambar & Co. Creation (spin-off) with a Private Equity.

All projects have achieved go-lives with minimal business disruptions. All projects went all the way in integrating Organizational Structures, implementing one business model, ways of working, processes down to the last transaction in an IT system.
