1. As executive consultant, I have partnered with a sizable European Energy Company, with his CEO and CHRO and the rest of the leadership team to assess the current culture, defined the characteristics of the new culture best fit to support the new business direction, and develop a multi-year plan to implement the change.
2. As multi-country Head of HR, over a couple of years, I have defined the approach, then led the effort, partnering with the leadership team, middle management and the rest of the organization to refine the culture and have it recognized as the best culture across industries in our geography, measured with the world-renowned Human Synergetics tool. The impact in business was significant, my business unit having the best results worldwide that year.
